No. Do not send permanent administrator passwords, complete license keys, payment details, or private customer information through the contact form. If temporary access becomes necessary, use a staging website and create time-limited credentials with the minimum required permissions.

You can download the purchased product again from your HexCoda customer account while the download entitlement remains active.
